Did you all catch this kitchen in the newest Better Homes & Gardens?
I, for one, was glad to see a kitchen with dark cabinets featured. There seems to be few great examples out there for those of us who have perfectly good cabinets and are afraid of painting them. I liked this easy step for opening things up a bit. The homeowner removed one of the cabinet doors and used wood putty and stain to cover up the peg holes. The open area display for white dishes makes things a little brighter without painting the cabinets themselves.
