When Maggie emailed me pictures of her guest room, I first noticed how many patterns and styles she mixed in this small space and how well they all worked together to give the room a really collected—and still serene--feel.
I always love to see how rooms evolve over time depending on the homeowners’ needs and tastes. Here’s a look back at how this beautiful room came to be.
The space started as a cramped home office. . . .

I spy the small Edland chests from IKEA. The size of these are perfect for tight spaces.
